Recovering a Forgotten Password

If you don’t know your password, you can recover it by entering your username or email address.

  • If you enter your username, you will need to answer the security questions. If your answers were correct, enter a new password and an email address for future communications and password reset requests.
  • If you enter an email address, you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder, and then try again.

Tip: If you do not remember your current password, do not use the Account → Account Settings → Password & Security → Change Your Password option to change your password. Instead, log out of your program, and on your program's main login page, click Forgot your login or password? to reset your password.

Note: If your program uses single sign-on through your company network, or if an email address is not associated with your account and security questions have not been set, you will have to contact your program administrator for assistance. To avoid this inconvenience in the future, set up your security questions and add an email address to your account the next time you log in.
