Managing Your Orders

You can view and manage all of your orders within your Order History when you are logged in to your program.

To access your Order History:
  1. Log in to your program
  2. Go to the Account menu and select Order History from the drop-down list.

To view a specific order:

Within your Order History, you will see a list of all the order transactions for your account. To view the details and status of a specific order, click View Order Details.

The Order Details page shows:

  • Order ID and date the order was placed
  • Shipping address for the recipient of the order
  • Item details including product name, quantity, and total points
  • Shipping information including tracking number if available  

Order/Item Statuses

Depending on where your order is in our system, your order (and each of the items in it) will have a specific status.
