Retrieving Your eGift Card Order

Your eGift card will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout. When the eGift card is ready, you can access it in two ways:

  1. Follow the link in the email message with the subject “Your reward has arrived!” in your inbox or in your program messages
  2. Within the Order Status page click the View eGift Card button.

To view your Order History page:

  1. Log in to your program
  2. Go to Account and select Order History from the drop-down list.
  3. Click View Order Details for the specific order you would like to view
  4. Within the Order Details page, click View eGift Card. 

To view your program messages:

  1. Log in to your program
  2. Click on the bell icon  
  3. Go to the Orders tab
  4. Open your message with the subject "Your reward has arrived!”
  5. Click View eGift Card
